Necromany

"Lady of darkness, creature of night
Come to me now, hear my plight
From earth, to soul, to body to life
I spill my blood with this silver knife
Take my blood and hear my plea
From my body to yours I awaken thee."

Rustic liquid fell to the ground
Trickling through the earthy mound
As words were spoken she felt a shake
Her crimson liquid of life it takes
Smoke billows around, darkens the air
Dead eyes peer out in a deathly stare

Out of the mist steps a creature so fierce
Into her soul its eyes could pierce
A shadow of the man that she once knew
No love anymore, his face so cruel
His heart bitter, his emotions are weak
Not the same man that she came to seek

Her blood drains, a syrupy waterfall
The man she once loved won't catch her fall
Into the weeds, overgrown and deep
She falls into an eternal sleep
His heart no longer a vessel she keeps
Void of emotions he can no longer weep
